Who we are

Company STROJTEX-GBHP s.r.o. was founded in 1996. Its tradition, however, dates back to 1948 when company  started the production of spare parts for textile machines. The previous company trojtex, division No. 5 focused on development, production and service of knotting parts for knotting machines Autosuk and Texconer of Elitex producer.

The company initiated the development of Splicer (knottless binder of torn yarn) the patent of which it was the holder.

Since 1993 due to a recession in textile industry, Strojtex focused on custom-made production of machine parts  and thus used its existing machinery for machining various parts based on customers documentation.

 

We currently offer:

  • CNC milling up to a workpiece size of 3500 x 800 mm
  • CNC turning up to 660 mm diameter and 2000 mm length
  • wire cutting up to workpiece size 1030x800x345 mm
  • custom manufacturing of parts and assemblies including design and construction (possibility of smaller series, verification samples, etc.)
  • pressing on eccentric presses
  • turning, milling
  • flat and cylindrical grinding
  • grinding and polishing of parts
  • welding of parts
  • painting of parts
  • we ensure surface treatment and heat treatment

The company also has its own plastic moulding plant where we offer:

  • injection moulding of thermoplastics
  • routine maintenance of moulds under the company's direction

In our own workshop we also offer:

  • production of fixtures and tools
  • mould repairs and adjustments
